Learning how to let go! Every parent (and yes I will say more likely the primary caregiver here) feels they “know best”, they can “do it quicker” and feel like “I’ll just do it so we can get through the day”. For me it’s no different when my husband is around. I know he is a capable human being so he can take the kids out alone, make sure they are fed and yes get them home (usually later than I want) but he gets them back!. As someone who is Type A, it’s hard for me to let go of the control sometimes and let him do things his way. It isn’t my way but I need to respect and allow it. After he does s
